WORKSHOP : EMBEDDING FMS INTO EVERY PE LESSON
This practical workshop explores how to weave Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS) into every PE lesson to build strong foundations for lifelong physical activity. Participants will learn effective strategies to integrate locomotor, stability, and object control skills within engaging activities, ensuring pupils develop competence and confidence alongside enjoyment. Through discussion, examples, and hands-on ideas, teachers will reflect on their current practice and leave with practical tools to make FMS a natural and consistent part of their PE curriculum.
Takeaway: Examples that can be used in lessons as soon as you get back to school!
