I’ve spent years teaching and leading PE programs in international and local schools across Asia. This experience gave me firsthand insight into both the rewards and challenges of Primary PE.
Through leadership roles and mentoring, I’ve supported teachers in developing their confidence, improving their practice, and creating engaging PE programs that students love. My international experience helps me understand the unique needs of educators in diverse school settings.
I started PE Solutions to create a space where teachers can connect, inspire, and empower each other, a community that goes beyond traditional professional development.
